Privacy Policy

SocialHub (https://hub.goerps.com) lets a signed-in user connect their own Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and YouTube channels, prepare posts, approve them, and publish them to those accounts. This policy explains what data we use and why.

Data we collect

  • Your SocialHub account: email address, display name, a salted password hash, language setting.
  • Connected accounts (only when you click "Connect"): Facebook Page names and IDs, the Instagram account linked to those Pages, YouTube channel name and ID, and the access / refresh tokens Meta and Google give us for them.
  • Your content: videos, images, captions, titles and hashtags you or your connected apps upload for posting, and the result of each post (post ID, link, errors).
  • Optional Telegram bot: the bot token you add and your Telegram chat ID, used only to send you approval messages.

How we use it

  • Only to publish the posts you create or approve, to the accounts you connected, and to show you their status.
  • Caption text may be sent to an AI model to suggest a title, description and hashtags for each platform. Your tokens and personal details are never sent to the AI model.
  • We do not sell data, show ads, or use your data to build profiles. We do not read your followers, messages or insights.

Google user data (YouTube)

SocialHub requests the YouTube scopes youtube.upload (to upload the videos you approve) and youtube.readonly (to show which channel is connected). SocialHub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising and is not shared with anyone except to provide this feature.

Meta user data (Facebook / Instagram)

We use Facebook Login only to list the Pages you manage and the Instagram accounts linked to them, and to publish the posts you approve. We keep Page tokens, not your personal Facebook user token.

Storage and security

  • All tokens and app secrets are encrypted in our database. Passwords and API keys are stored only as hashes.
  • Uploaded media is kept on our server so posts can be published and retried, and is removed when you delete your SocialHub account.
  • Each user sees and controls only their own accounts and posts.

Your choices

You can remove any connected account at any time (Accounts → 🗑), which deletes its tokens immediately. See Data deletion for removing everything.

Terms of Service

  1. SocialHub is a tool that posts content to social accounts you own or manage. You must have the right to post that content and to manage those accounts.
  2. You are responsible for what you post. Content must follow the rules of Facebook, Instagram and YouTube and the law. Spam, misleading content, hate, or content you do not own is not allowed.
  3. Nothing is posted without your setup: either you approve each post, or you turn on direct posting for an app yourself.
  4. AI suggestions (titles, hashtags) can be wrong. Check them in the approval screen before posting.
  5. The service is provided "as is". Platform outages, API limits or expired tokens can delay or stop a post.
  6. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the platforms' rules. You can stop using SocialHub and delete your data at any time.

Data deletion

You can delete your data from SocialHub at any time.

Remove one connected account

  1. Sign in at https://hub.goerps.com/login and open Accounts.
  2. Tap 🗑 next to the Facebook Page, Instagram or YouTube channel. Its tokens are deleted immediately.

Also revoke access on the platform

  • Facebook / Instagram: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or "Apps and websites") → remove SocialHub.
  • Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → SocialHub → Remove access.

Delete your whole SocialHub account

Email mywark34@gmail.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my SocialHub data". We delete your account, connected-account tokens, posts and media within 30 days and confirm by email.
